Very friendly and professional staff, the make you feel very comfortable. They provide a shuttle service from/to Kawaguchiko station which is super convenient. The rooms are lovely and clean; the view from the room is spectacular combining the Kawaguchiko lake and Mt Fuji ❤️

De luxe ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono ligt op slechts 500 meter van het Kawaguchiko-meer. Vanaf het begin af aan was alles perfect! Hele vriendelijke mensen & de gratis upgrade was fantastisch. In de lounge een luxe Starbucks corner & het personeel stond 24/7 voor je klaar. Alle bezienswaardigheden en activiteiten waren binnen 5 - 10 minuten rijden met de auto. We komen graag nog eens terug.

The atmosphere of this small village tucked away in the mountains is truly unique. You can feel a soothing calm, especially after visiting big cities like Tokyo, Kyoto, or Osaka. The lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind — she lent us bicycles for a short ride and recommended a lovely little restaurant that was delicious. When we left, she even drove us to Kawaguchiko Station. Everything was perfect; we’ll definitely come back.

The hotel is super awesome. This is a 100 year old hotel with traditional Japanese architecture. The staff is also extremely helpful. Definitely worth the price.

Just a 10-minute walk from Fujikyu Highland Amusement Park, West Inn Fuji-Yoshida features a public bath and a sauna in the scenic Mount Fuji area. Awesome stay in here with amazing view of Mt Fuji. The onsen was amazing as well.
