The staff warmly welcomed us, took photos of us with the cherry blossoms and Mount Fuji, and then handled our luggage. Check-in was very clear and detailed, and our room had a stunning view of the lake and Fuji — absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was both delicious and a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and even felt a bit sad that we didn’t have an extra day there. Highly recommended!

Sleeping arrangements are Japanese-style, with futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Parking is free. We loved this accommodation and it was perfect for our family of 5. The host was so helpful and provided us with a very useful map of the area. The accommodation was clean and well thought out- we even had a hairdryer and useful items in the kitchen. The bedding was cozy, heating was good and I slept really well here. The view of Mount Fuji is incredible. We used a car to get around the area, as advised, and this worked well for us. Overall we would definitely recommend this accommodation and we would love to return. Wish we could have stayed here for longer!

The staff is also extremely helpful. Definitely worth the price.
