The air-conditioned rooms have tatami flooring and Japanese-style futon beds. Beautiful, quiet location. Half-board food service was exceptional and staff very accommodating about our requests. English speaking owner and staff provided info about local activities. Authentic experience and good value overall.

By car, it is around a 20-minute drive from Osaka via the Hanshin Express Way. I liked that it was close to the theme park. I loved all the details in the room like they gave us slippers to walk around in and sleeping attire. The staff were really nice and the hotel was very organised. I would of loved to have extended my stay.

Smooth check-in & the friendliest receptionist ever, professional, well spoken & provided all the info needed. The room is sparkling clean, location north exit right by the shinkansen entrance, every staff I met was polite & everything was way too neat! Cherry on top, massage chair in the room, which again was one of the cleanest one I ever seen..and I been places.

Kana was very helpful as my husband wallet got stolen and she went the extra mile to call the bus company and have it delivered to next hotel. She is an asset to the company.
