Open air onsens were really nice and cosy. The Ryokan is really close to the train station, it was really easy to get there.

Complimentary WiFi is available. Although we only stay for one night. the Service staff is great and the food is really nice. They have staff that know Chinese that come great help. Miss Yuan ( 袁小姐）the service staff are very helpful over the stay. And Not forget Mr Kazu san. Always willing to help and arrange the massage at last min request. And the local masseuses was damn good. a must try.

Rooms at Fukuzumiro feature tatami (woven-straw) flooring and traditional futon bedding. Each guest room is equipped with a Handy Phone so guests can stay connected to WiFi during their entire stay and make international calls to select countries for free. A TV and a refrigerator are also included in rooms. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. It's an exceptional experience, one of the best I've had in my life, and I do mean it. The place is gorgeous and might I say magical. I've felt welcome and comfortable. The food was exceptional. The onsens were great as well. I wish I stayed longer.

All rooms are simply decorated and equipped with air conditioning and heating facilities. Bathrooms and toilets are shared with other guests. Towels can be rented at a fee. We stayed in the apartment at Hakone Tent with our kids 12, 14, and 16. Sleeping arrangements were traditional futons on a raised tatami platform and everyone slept amazing. Locations is great, just a few short minutes walk from the train station. The onsen is small and rustic, but private and was very relaxing. The view from the apartment was gorgeous, and we almost didn’t want to go out, the space was so enjoyable.

Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property. It was such a beautiful place and really comfortable to stay. The outside bath was so comfortable and made us really happy.

Richmond Hotel Yokohama-Bashamichi is located a 10-minute walk from Chinatown and a 15-minute walk from popular Red Brick Warehouse and Minato Mirai areas. It offers a 24-hour reception and free WiFi.

Rooms at the hotel have a flat-screen cable TV and air conditioning. A small fridge and a work desk are also included. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Location was brilliant close to train and underground. Very clean and new. Lots if freebies on offer ie face packs scrunches etc etc. staff really helpful

Rooms at Hotel Washington Sakuragicho are simply furnished and comfortable. They are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator, while bathrooms come with a shower, bathtub and toiletries. I am a repeat patron of this hotel and this chain. I book through an internet site. It's sometimes hit or miss on how nice the room is, but generally very comfortable and a fantastic location. I will stay again in future

Located in the Gora hot-spring area, Merveille Hakone Gora offers spacious Western rooms with a terrace. Guests can enjoy various relaxation facilities such as a public hot-spring bath, a hot tub and a sauna room. A free shuttle is available from Gora Train Station, which is also a 5-minute walk away. The private onsen on the patio was great. Only would have been better if it would have been mineral/hot spring water instead of tap. Breakfast was very good as well. Medicinal Tea Bar was a surprise!

Hakone Pax Yoshino is located a 12-minute walk from Hakone Yumoto Train Station and offers indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths and traditional multi-course Kaiseki meals. The Japanese rooms have a private hot-spring bath and free WiFi is available at the lobby. Breakfast was great. We were able to have dinner there as an add on, and the meal was amazing.

Motomachi Chukagai Subway Station is a 5-minute walk away, while Yamashita Park and Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse are within a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Nihonodori Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from JR Kannai Train Station. Have stayed before and decided to return. Excellent staff
