Breakfast and Dinner are very good. I recommend eating in the hotel as it is more comfortable and perhaps the best option in the vicinity. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The location is excellent, as it's right by the beautiful Otaru Canal, where we had planned to take a walk and capture some photos.
