It’s very convenient, next to the fish market which makes it easy to get meals. The room was spacious and cosy which makes it easy for one to pack their luggage! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in helping me get what I needed or recommend where to go!

Rakuyu is located a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Station, and a free pick-up shuttle is provided. Popular Fuji-Q Highland amusement park is a 10-minute drive away. The location up on the hill overlooking the lake provided a beautiful view from the rooms and onsen. The breakfast, snacks, and dinner provided were delicious and we didn’t have to leave the property unless we wanted to explore. The onsen bath was clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

It features spacious hot spring baths with spectacular nature views, a video games corner and a souvenir shop. Free Wi-Fi is available in the public areas. This hotel really took care of us. They, can secure you to rent a bikes directly in hotel, they can pick you up or give a ride if needed. Staff was really friendly and they could speak English. But the most amazing part is the room where you sleep on tatami and have breathtaking view on Mt. Fuji. They also have their own onsen and massage chairs.

It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. Stayed for 2 nights and it was an excellent experience! Service was impeccable. The kaiseki in-room dinner was fantastic. Presentation was 10/10 and food was really fresh! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Located on a hilltop and overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, the hotel serves French dinner with an advance reservation. It's hard to describe how wonderful out stay at this property was. Fuji view right in front of us, open bath (onsen) with Fuji view again! Great staff, amazing atmosphere all around (no different from a gallery), super-friendly and helpful staff at bar as well. Their yukatas and kimono jackets were also fascinating. I mean, as I said, lots of words to describe but none of them would be enough. Just experience it yourself please.

Our rooms are designed with traditional Japanese aesthetics, featuring tatami mat flooring throughout. For those who prefer a futon on tatami or a bed, we also offer Japanese-Western style rooms. The warm ambiance is further enhanced by local artists' paintings adorning the walls. All!! The food, the facilities, the friendly staff!

Staff service level above expectation. Get to choose our own yukata and they also can assist to wear. Left little notes for us which makes us feel welcomed and special. Has little things that make it different from all other hotels such as choosing our own essential oil for room, various choices of herbal tea, can do calligraphy and origami, our shoes are taken out right when we want to leave the hotel. It's all the small things that count. Perfect location, just few minutes walk from station.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. Staff, location and vibe were amazing. Highly recommend. A really layed back set up, but with all the comforts you need. Suggest stopping to get a fresh lobster and request the BBQ from the staff, was so good.

Surrounded by four gardens that change colours throughout the seasons, Kanazawa Sainoniwa Hotel offers spa facilities and an on-site restaurant. Private parking is possible on site and free WiFi is available in all guest rooms. Loved the quiet atmosphere, the beautiful onsen and breakfast. Shuttle bus was excellent and staff helpful.
