The location is fine - there's also a shopping mall and a good supermarket nearby, plus ATMs. I spent 14 nights there (my third long visit), and shall rebook when making my next visit to Madurai.

Being in the main city but away from the hustle and bustle . The property is beautiful. The staff were courteous and very helpful ( though they were definitely understaffed for the Diwali long weekend crowd) . Breakfast was sumptuous and had ample options.

Love this colonial, yet modern hotel. Dining room staff, are attentive with good memories of personal preferences. The food is very good. The room located with a decent view of the pool, was well stocked with amenities. Morning room service coffee was timely and tasty. A wonderful stay as usual. Thank you. The peacocks even performed in all their glory.
