En suite bathrooms offer separate bathtub and shower facilities. I liked the cleanliness and layout of the rooms. The breakfast was excellent and it was quite easy to place orders for more food since the staff was very attentive. The reception is welcoming but more than that, there are some staff who walk around the floor and ask about your stay and if you needed any help or travel suggestions. That was what stood out to me since they show some much care about the guests.

This quiet English-style retreat exudes old world charm, yet provides facilities like a spa and a gym. Parking is complimentary. Amazing building, the pool was so inviting. The happy hour was delicious. All in all a very happy experience

Gateway Madurai enjoys beautiful views of the famous Meenakshi Temple, Madurai City, and Kodai Hills. It is 15 km from Madurai Airport and a 15-minute drive from Madurai City Centre. This is a gem. The restaurant is for royalty, the rooms are beyond any expectations and the grounds are wonderful. It is a magical place to stay. The dbb package was amazing and provided a fantastic start to our trip.
