Room was really comfortable and the location was convenient.

Free WiFi is accessible throughout, and parking is available near to the property. The staff were lovely, we were given a complimentary upgrade and free snacks. It was a good location during the daytime as easy to get to the train station / town. Room was spacious, clean, good facilities although we didn’t use them

All rooms feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Rooms were big, clean and modern. Location was great a five minute drive to the hotel from the airport. I didn't have to leave for 2 days as everything was there. Was like a mini break - international choices of restaurants. The cinema with a nice choice of movies and goodies. The spa was fantastic, as was the treatments, super relaxing. The sky bar and food, staff was also amazing. In all, a lovely surprise of a hotel which made my few days relaxing, enjoyable and I would go back for longer and take in some of the activities and performances across at the NEC. Oh and I also had an AGM in that time, the meeting rooms and catering again, awesome. Big Thank you.

The room was clean and very quiet. Despite being on the ground floor we did not realise until we went outside how close it was to the tram as we hadn't heard them from the room. Staff were also super friendly, polite and helpful. Would definitely come back. Good value for money.l

The hotel staff was lovely, and especially the beds were super cozy. The pillows super fluffy and everything was spotless clean.
