Featuring free private parking, the 4-star guest house is 11 km from Discovery Point. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Loved the area, and it was a great location for visiting the surrounding area. Even Dundee was only around 15 minutes away. The breakfast was really good. This set us up for the day ahead.

Free private parking is also available, as well as a fully equipped gym and tennis court. Idyllic setting. Great on-site amenties. Attentive and friendly staff. Relaxing surroundings. Great base to tour around The Kingdom of Fife.

There are stunning views of Forth Rail Bridge, the Forth Road Bridge and the Queensferry Crossing. Best thing? Welcome cookies! 🍪 Room was clean and tidy with comfortable big double bed. We specifically liked the electrical sockets for EU chargers as we didn’t have an adapter. Tasty breakfast and nice choice of delicious options for a la carte dinner in the dining room with splendid view of the bridges. Very good location if you have a rent a car as there is wide free parking lot and good connection with Airport and Edinburgh. There is also a bus station just next to the hotel (20 min ride) to the centre of Edinburgh. Staff is very friendly, cleaning lady made our day with her sense of humour (check the picture).

Very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. staff very attentive & friendly. Location was perfect.

This hotel is a non-smoking hotel. the personel was really helpful and nice, the room was clean and spacious, the wifi in the room was working quite alright maybe sometimes a bit slow
