Hospederia Pax is within 800 metres of León Cathedral, San Isodoro Church and the adjancent Pantheon of the Kings of León. The property is located in the main wing of a restored monastery that is still active. Our room window opened onto an old square, in a really quiet area of the old town. The hotel is really only some steps away from the beauty of Leon. The staff has been super caring and attentive. The parking on-site is really convenient, and even if you pay an extra for it, the rates are so good (especially off-season) that I suggest asking for it.

The hotel overall has a lot of character, still retains it's historical look in good way. Fantastic location, Very friendly and welcoming owners/staff. The courtyard is fantastic -better then the pictures. Parking lot available inside the hotel grounds. Very pet friendly.

Very quiet, and good quality beds. The breakfast was very well taken care off by the owners, good bread and coffee, homemade marmelade.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling and hiking. Great stop on are Camino journey

This charming mansion dates from the 18th century and is located in the medieval town of Villafranca del Bierzo, on the Camino de Santiago. The rooms have free Wi-Fi, minibar, plasma TV and hydromassage shower column. Was in villafranca 20+ years ago as a pilgrim. Was lovely. Had a word with owner, who was so inviting. Would recommend and definitely return. Breakfast was fab.

Built in 18th century, the property is within 17 km of Palacio Episcopal de Astorga and 41 km of Ponferrada Castle. The hotel also features free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs. For the first time I was offered orange marmalade, which I love.
