The staff were excellent and friendly. We had the ground floor apartment with reception, had our own living space and kitchen with Netflix tv. We had a nice view of the river. Loved the honesty fridge in the lobby full of beer, wine and soft drinks. We had a great time, very comfortable with a tasty breakfast. Competitively priced.

There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Room was spacious and overlooked the river. Lift inside the building so easy to access w luggage. Breakfast great and you can enjoy it on the beautiful terrace. Good advice from host on where best to park and restaurant options etc. Tip: Wines from their cellar was delicious, especially the sparkling rosé.

Cochem Train Station and the historic Old Town are less than 5 minutes' walk away. Everything about the Villa venom was amazing. The rooms were fantastic and the attention to decor and every detail was lovely. Whimsical interior design.

This was one our favourite hotels (or maybe our favourite?!) on a 6-week tour through Europe. Our 2 rooms were on the top floor with amazing views across to the castle and town, wonderful balcony, super comfy beds and all the facilities we wanted and needed. The hotel itself has fabulous from the outside but it is really always the service that matters most - and all the staff were really wonderful! Oh - and an AMAZING breakfast with real espresso coffee! Perfecto!!

It was so clean,modern and really well looked after. Staff were friendly, kind and helpful. I can highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Trier. City center is a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Completely renovated in early 2014, rooms at the Parkhotel offer a flat-screen TV and a modern bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony overlooking the garden or River Moselle. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Excellent stay.
