Het VV Hotel ligt in het centrum van Brno, op slechts 200 meter van het winkelcentrum Vankovka en het centraal station van de stad. Inchecken ging vlot via code. Eenmaal binnen lag de sleutel keurig klaar aan de receptie waar wel niemand aanwezig was. De kamer was netjes en het ontbijt was zeer goed. Ligging vlakbij het station en centrum is ook goed te voet bereikbaar van dit hotel.

Penzion Baltazar is gevestigd in de voormalige Joodse wijk en kijkt uit over het Mikulov-kasteel en het Zuid-Moravische landschap. Prachtige kamer. Locatie zeer centraal en eigen parkeerplaats. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Attente persoonlijke benadering. De host sprak perfect Engels en was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, regelde een fantastische fietsroute inclusief ebike voor me.

The location is wonderful. Close by to the center of town, right on the bike path. Lovely and friendly hotel staff, bike storage. Hotel breakfast exceeded our expectations. Large selection of various foods (salty and sweet), fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice and good coffee.

He helped us with our rental car, and solved the problem by taking it to a garage by himself with kindness and without any charge.

Het 3-sterren Boutique Hotel Templ ligt in het hart van Mikulov, dicht bij de Oostenrijkse grens. Heel leuk dat we fietsen konden huren en na een mooie (en hete) fietstocht daarna verkoeling konden vinden in het kleine, maar fijne zwembad. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, leuk ook om een glaasje wijn bij aankomst te krijgen.
