This place is really amazing, the rooms are very cosy and clean, the staff is wonderful and very friendly. Special thanks to Jerry, Tom and Julie for being super helpful throughout our stay. Most importantly, it’s an absolutely beautiful courtyard, and it offers shadow puppet art performances three times a week, which we attended three times. We’re so glad we chose to stay here, and we’ll make sure to be back next time we’re in Beijing.

Heerlijk divers ontbijt in restaurant Toast en er is een bakkerij met lekkere diverse broodjes, The Bake Shop. Goede locatie, het hotel ligt in de hutong. Erg gezellig. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Het milieuvriendelijke Brickyard Retreat at Mutianyu Great Wall Adjoin to Mutianyu Great Wall - Room with the View of Great Wall - Chinese massage experience - Vehicle Shuttle Service - International... We were so impressed by how gracious and helpful all the staff were. They treated us like family! We are American and speak very little Mandarin. But the staff responded immediately to messages in English, arranged a car from the train station, took us to and from the Great Wall, and even let us stay later in our room so we could freshen up before we left for Beijing. We will be back!
