Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Palafito Verde Apart Hotel biedt appartementen met eigen kookgelegenheid en gratis fietsverhuur in Castro. Er is gratis WiFi. The place and views and bed and everything was just amazing. I think it was larger than most other rooms I've stayed in for the price range. I will most probably stay at this place again next time I'm visiting Castro, Chiloé.

Palafito 1326 Hotel Boutique Chiloé was a delightful and charming boutique hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the inlet. The breakfast was very good with eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt and freshly baked buns and cake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to find street parking, but also had the option of parking in a private lot across the street for additional cost. We ate dinner at the lovely restaurant next door. We would highly recommend this hotel.
