The staff was very friendly and the common areas are well maintained. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty, probably the best one I've seen in Latin America. We also used the laundry which was a good experience again. Our clothes were clean, smelled nice and were perfectly ironed. Free secure parking is another plus. Wifi was perfect in my room

The staff is so helpful and welcoming that we felt immediately right at home. They helped us organize tours, find restaurants and even our transfer to our next stop on the trip. They had an answer to almost every question, and if they didn’t, they found one within an hour or two and sent it to us per WhatsApp. The breakfasts were amazing and coffee, tea, oats and cereals were available all day with many alternative milk options. They even made us to-go breakfasts in a bag for the days where our tour left early in the morning. We wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else when visiting San Pedro again.
