Mr. Thor and his wife were very warm, helpful and went out of their way for us to have a great stay. We had a gorgeous room with the beautiful city/Mountain View. Room was excellent size, super clean and super comfy. They helped us with the luggage upon check in and dropped us back to the train station. Couldn’t be more happier in Zermatt. Location is perfect just seconds away from the main shopping street. Thank you very very much

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. We loved our spacious room and if you leaned over the balcony you could see the Matterhorn. The staff was extremely welcoming to usabd our 2 dogs, delicious breakfast and we loved their kindness to let us use their spa ( after check out) once we came back from a very long hike . That was a lifesaver!
