Het Piccolo Hotel ligt op een rustige locatie, op 8 minuten lopen van het treinstation van Locarno en het centrum van de stad. This boutique hotel is ideally located in a quiet area of Locarno. The breakfast buffet has an excellent variety of regional meats, eggs, fruits, and breads. It’s only a short walk to the train station. They also offered the Ticino Card, which made access to public transportation easy! The hotel is family run. Nikoli was very helpful with information about the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Het Continental Parkhotel wordt door een familie beheerd en ligt 200 meter ten zuiden van het centraal station van Lugano. Daarvandaan vertrekt regelmatig de kabelbaan naar het stadscentrum. Very friendly and helpful staff, they had a nice restaurant nearby. Spacious and clean rooms.

Fantastic location.. restarants just close to you...dont forget to ask the hotel for the free public transport ticket its free as long you stay in the hotel ...if u arrive in lugano central dont walk to the hotel its difficult i suffered alot by going down with my luggage..take the bus from the station
