Het Continental Parkhotel wordt door een familie beheerd en ligt 200 meter ten zuiden van het centraal station van Lugano. Daarvandaan vertrekt regelmatig de kabelbaan naar het stadscentrum. The team is just fantastic, the environment (pool garden and location) also!

Situated on the lake promenade near the traffic-free centre of Lugano, Hotel Walter Au Lac offers you rooms with superb lake views. WiFi is free of charge. All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. The location was excellent, walking distance to the main train station. We had a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. The hotel gave us free city bus tickets to use for our stay! Also, the breakfast was great for us and had a beautiful view.

Comfortable beds, room service with impeccable cleaning. Superb breakfast Hotel staff very courteous and helpful. Automatic shoe cleaner in the 1st floor, helping a lot to give that finishing touch before I went to a symposium. This way, I could do all my activitives knowing without need to worry anything regarding the hotel.

Very friendly staff, great bathroom and delicious breakfast. Excellent restaurant. The stay came with entry coupons for an exclusive club and discount vouchers for their shop.
