We arrived early, and the room was ready. They probably gave us an upgrade. The room was super neat and super clean. The owner and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is close to Interlaken West train station, platform 1, section A, yet it is quiet—just around 3 minutes' walk. Breakfast has enough variety. This hotel is awarded as one of the best two stars hotel in Interlaken

We’ve been upgraded to junior suite overlooking city central plaza - it was like living in a fairytale! Literally! Room is huge, renovated, with all possible amenities including steam shower. The location is fantastic, close to Interlaken Ost station. The treatment and services are second to none. We thank the staff for their hospitality.

The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station.

Hotel Lötschberg offers free WiFi in all rooms, free tea and coffee around the clock and free use of the microwave and the fridge. The staff is really kind and ready for helping. The location in my opinion was perfect, very quiet neighborhood but less than 5’ from the Interlaken West station and restaurants. The facilities was also really nice, there is a common area where I could enjoy my free time and even work a little bit. There is also a refrigerator which is very useful and coffee machine. The room was very clean and pretty new, the view of the mountains was priceless. If I didn’t have my next hotel booked in Lauterbrunnen I would totally stay there for the next couple of days.
