The place is in a walking distance to the beach, however it feels like you are in the woods - very quiet, can just listen to the sounds of nature. The staff is super helpful, giving a lot of recommendations what to do, breakfast great and the atmosphere just perfect for a island stay.

Het Asalem bevindt zich te midden van regenwouden en kijkt uit op de Atlantische Oceaan. U verblijft in rustige accommodatie en kunt genieten van moderne gemakken en rustieke elementen. We liked everything about this hotel. The free shuttle from and to the port was a treat, the views were to die for, the breakfast was delicious with a magnificent view. The lady who was the manager was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel
