Offering a pool and winter garden, Arte Urquijo is in Paraty´s historical centre, next to Santa Rita Church and the waterfront. It has a terrace with hammocks and a library. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Perfect location considering they do not have parking facilities but you can park the car near by. Delicious breakfast, and they also provide cake and coffee in the afternoons. Friendly owner and staff. Awsome what was done to adapt the building.

Pousada Do Ouro is a pleasant 18th century house in the historical region of Paraty. Just a 10-minute walk from Pontal Beach. The guest house has an outdoor pool and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Everything about this place is perfect and totally worth the money. The staff was incredible and make our stay perfect from the beginning to the end. We arrived early morning (4am) and everyone was extremely helpful despite our inconvenient timing. The breakfasts are delicious (try sweet version of the local pancake called tapioca) and the localization of the place is perfect, just inside the historical part of the town. This was such an amazing and relaxing stay and we will recommend this place to everyone. If we will ever come back to Brazil, it will be to Paraty and Pousada do Ouro, it’s magical!
