The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is good and you can order dinner from pretty basic menu. The hotel is very close to the city park entrance and thei own parking is a big advantage. Highly recommended. We had a great time.

The staff were exceptionally nice. We really enjoyed the spa. 4 sauna, 1 steam, 1 ice room, indoor heated jacuzzi and pool, and same outdoor. The piano bar was also very good experience. The singers Doni and Eli were very professional and good singers and made great party.

This charming, family-run boutique hotel is located on a quiet side street in the heart of Bulgaria’s popular Bansko ski resort. Individually decorated rooms have cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Guests benefit from free shuttle services to the gondola ski lift during the winter ski season. Free private parking is possible off site. All was good, clean, warm house, good hospitality. Sauna is small but it is ok for small company. Restaurant downstairs, good breakfast and variety of local dishes for the dinner. There was local musicinas during dinner time, On the second evening it started being a little annoying

It offers a large Relax area with massage services and panoramic views of Bansko, Pirin and Rila mountains. Pool and spa area are very nice and pretty clean. A lot of parking slots near the hotel. Room was specious and clean.

Boasting a restaurant, bar and free WiFi, Despot Slav Hotel & Restaurant is set in Melnik, 23 km from Episcopal Basilica Sandanski and 2.8 km from Melnishki Piramidi. Featuring a terrace, this 2-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The hotel has family rooms. Despot Slav is very climatic place perfectly located between Wine Museum and Kordopulov's House. Rooms are clean and cozy. The real highlight of our stay was restaurant with delicious food and wine. We spend our evenings sitting on the restaurant's balcony and enjoying beautiful view.

A spacious well-maintained garden with an outdoor seating area is available as well. Close to city center, cozy and homey atmosphere. The staff were polite and nice, always happy to help. The restaurant served also served homemade meals and everything was delicious.

Boutique Hotel Uniqato is conveniently built for skiers – right next to the entrance there is a ski closet that can also be accessed with a room key card. Fair room, with extremly big bed perfect for a couple (2m×2m), clean and cozy, large room, staff is nice and helpful, and the restaurant which is within the hotel corp have great food and drinks :) I would stay again here.
