Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Excellent location, beautiful views,friendly and professional staff.Bery clean, rooms were cleaned twice a day. Bfast menu was vast and everything was fresh and delicious.Best hotel we ever stayed.Hope we go back soon.Very relaxing atmosphere in every place of d hotel. Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Supermooie gratis upgrade naar VIP kamer gekregen. Heel vriendelijke service en prachtige grote kamer. Heerlijk mega groot bed! Fijne badkamer met luxe badartikelen. Lekkere badjas en slippers. Goede airconditioning. Zwembad en sauna waren super. Er was niemand op de momenten dat we er waren dus rijk voor ons alleen.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the shuttle service to the gondola. It was fantastic and always ready to take us after a leisurely breakfast. The convenience of this service made our ski trips stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying for an evening meal. The food is excellent and exceeded our expectations every night. After a day on the slopes, the sauna was a real treat. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax, leaving us refreshed for another day of adventures. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the great staff to the fantastic amenities, it truly made our trip memorable. We'll definitely be back!

St George Palace was such a welcome stay after a long day on the slopes. Rooms are huge, and come equipped with most of the essentials. Also, the hotel has a pool, sauna, and everything you need to relax. Also, renting skis and equipment here is an absolute breeze. Nicky at the ski shop is so passionate and knowledgeable, and we even managed to change our bindings and sharpen ski edges as the week went on. It is abit of a walk from the slopes but still manageable at 15 minutes or so. Very happy we chose this hotel!
