Het 4 sterrenhotel Weinresidenz Sonnleitner ligt te midden van wijngaarden, op slechts 5 minuten rijden van de abdij Göttweig en op 10 minuten van het centrum van Krems. The property was really well maintained with great facilities. The owners of accommodation were very hands on and had great values They were very knowledgeable about food and wine which made the stay an experience and enjoyable. And the breakfast and dinner were delicious!!

Wohnzimmer is gelegen in Krems an der Donau en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis fietsen, een tuin en een terras. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. It has its own charm with the decoration and paintings, we absolutely loved it! The breakfast is freshly made by the owner, Heidi. It was nicely served and the portion is more than enough 😁 We really enjoyed staying there, and definitely would go back again! ☺️

Located in the pedestrian zone in the Old Town of Melk,at the foot of Melk Abbey, the historic Rathauskeller features a restaurant serving traditional Austrian cuisine. Wij zijn een gezin van 5 personen en kregen een gratis upgrade naar een 2 kamer appartement naast het restaurant. Inclusief moderne keuken met minivaatwasser! Het is heel sfeervol & modern ingericht en bovendien brandschoon! Een aanrader voor een kort of lang verblijf. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Hotel Stadt Melk ligt 600 m onder de abdij van Melk, die behoort tot het werelderfgoed van UNESCO. Het biedt gratis WiFi, parkeergelegenheid en kranten. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt! Zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Hotel Unter den Linden is ideaal gelegen in het hart van de stad Krems, bij de ingang van Wachau, een werelderfgoed van UNESCO. The room was comfortable and quiet; the breakfast buffet and coffee and cooked-to-order eggs were all perfect. The location was a convenient 5 min walk from the Steiner Tor.

Het Madar Café Restaurant zum Fürsten is gevestigd in een traditioneel café in Weense stijl in een 16e-eeuws gebouw in het voetgangersgebied in het centrum van Melk, op slechts 500 m van de abdij van... Great location (just in front of Rathaus in the old town, 10 min on foot to the abbey, in the heart of the beautiful old town with many restaurants, shops and ice cream shops), very kind and helpful staff during the whole stay, parking in the inner yard (5 parking spaces + space for bicycles), great breakfast served from 7.30h till 10h. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. It was a lovely city and a lively hotel for one night stop on our way home.
