Wonderful hotel! The owner makes sure every need is met. We ran into an issue with our car rental very late at night and the owner stepped in right away to help. We were grateful. Rooms are spacious and pristine, breakfast was ample and delicious, the staff were wonderful and the large private parking lot was always available.

The guy working the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and polite. Our room was very clean and there were extra pillows and heavy blankets in the closet just in case we needed them. Everything worked well in the room. The location of the hotel was amazing! We were about a 10/15 min walk from a lot of the major places in Tirana.

First and most, this was our first visit to Albania and Tirana. To be welcomed by Arta who runnes the hotel was such a pleasure and it made our stay so valuable. She helped us with everything practical but even more important she told us about Albanians, about the city, development, history. That was such an interesting and important part of our stay that I could not thank her enough. We booked a room with a Mountain View and the room and the view was really lovely. We spent a lot of time just exploring the local area and enjoyed the friendliness of people we met! We also had the possibility to chat with some of the other guests at the hotel. Everyone was really friendly. I would really recommend this place, and I would love to come back!
