Very comfortable 4* hotel where services and the hotel itself justified the price. Unlike so many other hotels in the US Westin Reston Heights is actually well built and properly sound insulated so you are not bothered by noise from outside despite being in rather busy area. Check-in was effortless, no waiting and the staff was helpful. Generally the hotel looks new and well maintained. Very recommended if you need a comfortable place to stay in the area.

The room was a great size and having the full kitchen with dishes and other kitchen utensils was super convenient. I liked that the bathroom was not completely connected to the main living area so there was some privacy for that and privacy for the bedroom. Very quiet hotel and staff was always easy to contact when I had a question or needed assistance. I probably spent about an hour talking to one of the night time desk workers, I had gone down for a toothbrush and we just starting talking about sports and places to visit in the area, it was super awesome and he was very kind, exceptional customer service in my opinion.

Pre-Trip: George was so helpful with the area and needs that we had. I was sad that he was off work when we got there. Arrival day: Junior was so very nice after a horrible trip and the airport losing our luggage. he kept us up to date on its arrival and was such a sweet heart.

It was a very cosy room, well concipated arrangement and it was nice clean and well equipped. We were offered fresh fruits and a water for free. We also used the free Airport shuttle. All in all a brillant stay over.
