The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check in/out. Special mention to Emir for sharing vital information about the hotel facilities and accommodating to our ad-hoc requests. Our room were clean daily. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. The view was awesome especially during sunrise and the hot air balloons were flying at a distance.

We arrived by bus very early, at 8 am we planned to leave our things and go for a walk. The hotel is easy to find thanks to street signs. This part of the city is beautiful. It was nice that the hotel reception was open and a pleasant young man checked us in immediately. We are so grateful for this. The room and outside space are cozy. Breakfast is delicious and varied.
