Beautiful classic hotel. We really appreciated the stress free check in procedure by which you wait in the lounge with a glass of champagne while they come to you to do all the paperwork. It was cold so we did not enjoy many of the outdoor facilities but the Spa area was very nice and the food at the restaurant was of great quality. Breakfast is amazing with all types of food. The beach area looked really beautiful too.

The room was specious and beautiful. Swimming pools are good for swim, water was clean and pleasant, we were in April. Spa center is very good, great swimming inside pool, two sauna, hamam, you feel nice and relaxed. Delicious food, all day. Service was great, staff friendly, specially the lady that was taking care of our room. Sweet mature lady ❤️

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in our open buffet main restaurant, you can also enjoy the snack restaurant by the poolside throughout the day.

Having a wonderful holiday with my wife and 21 year old daughter. Jam packed with daily activities and high quality staff. A special shout out to Ms. Tulay Basdemir, who is the guest relations manager. She achieves what others strive for in customer service. Anything we needed/requested she went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you truly Ms. Basdemir for helping make this vacation exceptionally good. The hotel, staff, food, rooms were great. The pool was REMARKABLE!!!!!! Met people from all over the world. "Service with a smile" is an understatement. The Concorde Deluxe Resort was fantastic!! Highly recommend this resort. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.
