The location could not get any better. We had an excellent stay during our Umrah visit to Makkah. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel staff went the extra mile to facilitate our children with an extra bed and baby bedding which was very kind. Location, facilities inside the hotel. Reception staff was very cooperative. Breakfast was perfect and has options for people of all regions. Housekeeping staff also very nice and efficient. Security staff was very helpful in guiding locations.
