The place is very much up to 5 star level and after staying at the Okada down the road, the Solaire makes the OKada service look like a training facility. Friendly and helpful staff - made the stay enjoyable. Excellent location in the Intramuros and we enjoyed the rooftop restaurant at the hotel. Staff was accommodating in arranging our airport transfers and late check out.

the reservation team were exceptional. They arrange transfers from and to the airport and despite a large delay they still waited for me. As a lady traveling alone this is a great relief.
