The staff were so lovely. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet and dark at night. The hotel was well-situated. The breakfast was perfect for me - coffee, fresh fruit and pastry. Enough to get the day going and still allow room to explore other food options.

The staff are very accommodating in everything. We loved the atmosphere and the proximity to the zocalo. We in Oaxaca for an eye surgery which made staying here very close to the clinic and hospital. The staff were so genuine in doing their best to make our stay comfortable.

Amazing location! Just a few minutes walk from the city center and walking distance from many eating spots. The personnel was always friendly and helpful. And the facilities were always very clean. There's also a nice terrace for hotel guests.

Quiet. Centrally located. Clean beyond reasonable expectations. The staff cleaned and cleaned all day and afternoon. Stuff that you wouldn’t even think was necessary to clean like the floor lip on the other side of the railing. The slats between the wood art divider. Rooms that weren’t being currently stayed in. Multiple times a day! Free water bottles and breakfast.
