I had an excellent stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the large-screen TV was a nice touch. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, from the amenities to the overall atmosphere. The location was also perfect, especially for my work trip, as it’s conveniently close to the Roma Nord exit. If you’re in the area for business or leisure, this is a fantastic choice.

The host was fantastic. Luigi was very helpfull with travelling to Rome, finding good restaurants, overall a fantastic man. The hotel was very convinient. Easily to travel to rome with public transport. Very clean. We had q very nice Room with a big terrace.

Staying at La Canonica was absolutely delightful. What a gem! From the interiors to the location, and the staff. Our bedroom was beautifully furnished and we loved waking up in a bed of roses :) If you are looking for a one in a million accommodation this is the place for you. We truly hope to be back again in the near future.

The location might be about 20 minutes by car from Rome city center, but it is so beautiful that it is totally worth it if you are by car. I don’t know about public transportation, It’s very clean, everybody is very nice and polite and although you are a bit outside of the city, It’s like the countryside, very quiet and relaxing! Breakfast might be simple, but basically you have everything you need .

The Zone Hotel is set 600 metres from Rome's FR 3 Balduina Train Station, and a 10-minute drive from Rome's Olympic Stadium and Policlinico Gemelli hospital.

Beautiful surroundings, 1930's look bright airy and clean. Sports facilities very good...clay tennis Courts fantastic and great helpful staff. Stunning grounds very relaxing to just sit and watch the world go by. Easy transport to the Centre of Rome. Foro Italico walkable and Vatican a 20 minute bus ride. Very much recommend and will return...rooms cleaned daily and meticulously done...loved this place.
