Everything! The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. We came early and were seated at the pool bar, with the drinks on the house. The room was big and clean, with great air conditioning and hot tub. It was my birthday and when we came to our room, there was a little bottle of prosecco and "Happy Birthday" card there. Pool is clean and warm enough, breakfast is fresh and has all the necessary options. Overall, it was extremely pleasant experience, hope to be back one day!

Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options. Staff after second day would anticipate my needs. The staff overall were amazing and accommodating to me and my 8 year old. Very informative about options in the area and restaurants. Pool was relaxing!

The hotel was in a perfect location only a 6 minute walk to the sea front where there were lots of restaurants and bars. If you went a bit back from the front there were also lots of restaurants we didn’t have time to visit them all. Breakfast was lovely 😋 it was the same every day but that didn’t bother us as we didn’t over indulge. The lady at breakfast was very pleasant always said good morning. I didn’t catch her name but she was lovely 😁 Our room was lovely we had room 204 which over looked the pool, the shower was really good to which is always a bonus. The room was cleaned every day with clean towels every day to and we were also provided with towels for the pool which could be changed as and when you wanted. The pool area was really nice to lovely and clean and the bar was open from 11am until 6pm you could also have lunch there the menu was really nice to. The sunbeds were all big double ones and very comfortable. The pool was lovely but a bit cold but once you were in it was fine there were also big bean bags that you could lie on in the pool never seen them before but great 😁 Anna on reception was amazing 🤩 what a lovely lady, she greeted us every morning with a smile and a good morning and always asked how we were which was so nice, she also sorted out taxis for us and meal reservations and got us the best table as one meal was my birthday 🎂 Nothing was to much trouble for her 😁 she gave us a couple of maps one of the island and one for the resort she told us the best place to go and best restaurant to eat to and none of it let us down. Thankyou Anna you were just brilliant 🤩 Hope to see you next year 😁 Also Veronica was on reception in the afternoon/ evening and was also such a pleasant young lady. She also helped us if we needed it. So overall we had a wonderful stay at 28 Hotel 😁😁

Perfect location and wonderful staff – especially Kostas ❤️. The hotel is right on the beach with comfortable sunbeds, towels, a pool and a beach bar. Spacious, bright rooms with delicious breakfast served daily in the room. On the beach, there is even a small bridge that makes going into the sea much easier. The taxi service was also excellent. Public transport (5 min walk) makes it easy to reach Oia and Thira without a car, and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. Note: the airport is close, so you sometimes hear planes, but never at night.
