Louise in reception was exceptional. She is a major asset to the company. The lady went out of her way to help me. I have mobility issues and drove from Ireland. I forgot my parking permit for disabled drivers. She went out of her way to help.

One of the most comfy beds we ever sleep! Location is great. Hk lady( didn’t catch her name) was lovely and the receptionist and night porter.
