I travelled to Newport for a family funeral . Staff at the hotel repeatedly went above and beyond with assistance. They allowed other family members to use our room facilities and provided breakfast, hours after it had stopped being served . I didn't get their names, but staff on the front desk should be highly commended .

I can't fault this place! A beautiful, comfortable room with a super ceiling fan to keep it nice & cool. Had a delicious evening meal, served by very pleasant staff. Overall, a lovely place, can't fault it.

Location was excellent. The hotel facilities were exceptional, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Great bar and restaurant the buffet breakfast was awesome. Lovely staff.

The hotel is literally outside the train station which is very convenient and across the road from St. Mary's Street, the main area in Cardiff City Centre. The room was small but comfortable and very clean.

With a great location in Cardiff’s centre, Leonardo Hotel Cardiff, formerly Jurys Inn is set in a beautiful Victorian building and boasts a restaurant and bar.
