We absolutely loved the concept of being able to sleep in the terminal right next to departures as it made it super easy to be able to catch our early morning flight. The room was very clean, with a comfortable double bed as well as a bunk bed for our little one. Also, super soundproof considering the location. We also loved that there were discounts to use some of the terminal’s restaurants. All in all we loved it and would definitely stay again in a similar situation.

Everything was great ! I mean more than enough ! Quite clean room, nice size of bathroom, various and quality breakfast option, positive attitude of hotel staff. We would definitely come back when we flight from Gatwick. I wish I could explain more than this but can't find correct words that I can explain how good it was ! Just perfect 10/10. Thanks for everything !

On arrival, we were met by Jennifer at Reception. Jennifer did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The rooms that we were allocated were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms, excellent public rooms. Lunch in the bar was excellent as was the included breakfast. All the staff we interacted with were chereful and helpful. Our 4th visit when in the area so despite the negatives we love this hotel.
