The interior decor of the room was very nice. I had two double-beds in the room, both were comfortable and there was still enough room to move about. Room space design is efficient. The bathroom door was cleverly designed such that it also acted as the toilet door; the bathroom was accessible if the toilet was being used. There was a long table with shelves that was useful. TV and WiFi were good. Teabags; coffee; and biscuits were replenished daily. The location of the hotel was very good. It was opposite the Cabot Circus shopping mall, which had many shops and restaurants. The hotel provided free parking at the Cabot Circus Parking (parking ticket needed to be validated by the hotel before you go to the car). Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay there.

My room was nice and comfy and it was quiet. The location was great ideal for busses, temple meads train station and within walking distance of St Nicholas market and the galleries shopping centre. The Christmas market was on so nice in an evening.

Everything was great. Location is perfect, Temple Meads train and bus station is 5 min by foot. Room was clean. The staff is really nice.
