Everything. The room was amazing, very comfortable bed, the facilities, the very central location, and the amazing friendly and helpful stuff. Arriving and finding the coffee machine was so warming. The room even included an iron and board. It was so comfortable. So central. I will definitely be back.

Comfortable & clean room, good selection of foods for breakfast & dinner, helpful & friendly staff, a perfect location, as everything is within reasonable walking distance. Beautiful hotel extremely well maintained, reminded us of the opulent and lavish days in the late 1800 - early 1900. All the staff is well polite and welcoming. Our room was on the old side and was facing the fron tof the hotel and you could hear the noise from the street, this being said, when we mentionned it to the front they proposed to move us to a different room.It is definitively a five star hotel and we recommend it.

A perfect place to stay. Close to anything worth seeing. Very close to public transportation....not walkable to train or bus station though. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel restaurant was very nice. Live music. Just a great place to stay.
