A beautiful, comfortable room with a super view over the beach and coast road. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating, assisting us with restaurant recommendations and routes onto our next destination. Just a wonderful introduction to the joy of the Basque Country and Basque hospitality.

The place itself is cool as it has different rooms built into an old warehouse. It has a spacious gym with all the equipment needed and a canteen + vending machines. The TV remote in our room didn't have batteries but the receptionist helped us very kindly with a new remote. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Very clean hotel. Great reception and staff. Good coffee and croissants. The room and especially the shower and cleanliness was excellent. Very friendly staff.
