Amazing property. they gave us a double free upgrade. the hotel was super busy due to high season but they always found a way to be fast. the level of the staff and the English proficiency was really high compared to the hotel that we had in Luxor (which was 5star and from an international group as well). the tours were great and the hotel transportation as well, you should use those.

The staff, the hotel the food and the facilities are exquisite. I love the rooftop pool and spa. All of the staff are so welcoming and can't do enough. I feel safe and well looked after when I stay at Kempinski. The food is superb 👌 the staff are amazing, especially the house keeping guys like Emad and Kaliffe just to name two of these amazing staff. Nothing too much. You comfort and enjoyment is their priority. I love Kempinski and its staff. Can't wait to return.

Fairmont Nile City exceeded what I have expected. The staff, every one of them, made our three-nights stay so comfortable and memorable. The Dine-in service was fast, food was delicious, the Sky Pool was warm and cosy, room was up to date and super clean. A special shout out to reception staff Michael, he went beyond to help us out with a bigger and quieter room and even overworked one night to make sure we are happy with everything. Fairmont, you should be proud that you have such a considerate and efficient employee. Moustafa from Dine-in service was very helpful too. We will definitely come back!

Very friendly and very supportive Staff. Mahmoud at Concierge, Mohammad at Front Desk, Ali and both Mohammeds at Club Lounge (basically ALL Staff) always went the extra mile to support me. I have to mention, that I have a walking disability and couldn’t find that support I received in this property anywhere else.
