Everything was perfect, the staff, beautiful and spacious rooms, beautiful view, location, perfect breakfast and a very kind and professional host. The other employees were also nice and there is not much to complain about. The hotel was not full, so it was completely quiet, which is the most important thing for me. I really appreciate that the room service does not disturb and leaves things to be refilled in the basket in front of the door.

Perfect location right by the Altstadt and a public transport hub. Still walking distance to the main train station, the university and the Neustadt. Clean comfortable stylish rooms and a very good bar to drink something in the evening. Everybody in the staff were extremely helpful and kind.
