The breakfasts were excellent. The only comment would be to allow a bit more time after ordering eg fried eggs to allow time for eating cereal and a toaster would have been nice!

Location was excellent for the airport. It was a little daunting doing self check-in but needn’t have worried - everything was simple, well explained and easy. Rooms were finished to a high standard including Rituals toiletries. Extremely comfortable and plenty of free on site parking. Would definitely stay again

The room for the price value was really good. bed, bath were very good for the price plus it is like 5 minutes away from Hamburg Airport by car. They have a paid taxi service to the airport by the way

It’s an excellent hotel, with beautifully decorated rooms and high-end equipment. Central venue, with lots of restaurants down the street, river bank and Elbphilharmonie in a ten-minute walk. We’ve been staying for the second time in this hotel and will return when again in Hamburg. Highly recommended.
