Every thing in hotel was awesome. Attending staff Ms. COPPINA she was very supportive. She made us for city passess for free to visit the city. Also she supported to keep our luggage after checkout in order to give us time to visit city without carrying your luggage with you. The room and facilities was great. Breakfast was also great... It is beautiful hotel in an old villa, very tastefully decorated and with very comfortable beds and pillows. Unfortunately no breakfast is served during winter time, but each room has a coffee machine and water cattle. The location is perfect, it is on the lake shore, but the place is very peaceful and one sleeps excellently at night.
