Many tour groups provide diving excursions to the island’s UNESCO World Heritage coral-laden lagoon, where you’ll come face-to-face with the likes of butterfly fish, parrot fish and many more. A number of shipwrecks also line the barrier reef, most famously by the Amedee Lighthouse. Hikers should explore the Parc Rivière Bleu in the Yaté region south of Noumea, which features a variety of bird species, dense rainforest and enormous kaori trees. Inside, you’ll be able to choose from a range of walks lasting from 30 minutes up to six hours. The bed was comfy, the room clean, and very bright with a great view. The hotel staff were really lovely and really helpful. Opposite to Lemon Bay Beach which has a lovely atmosphere full of people every night. We booked a double room with sea view and private balcony as advertised in the pictures.

The room was gorgeous and very big! They had everything I needed and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff at the reception was so extremely nice and caring. He made sure we were all set. We didn’t have a car so he was worried and organise transportation for us from the hotel to the bus stop the next day.

Ramada Hotel & Resort was very welcoming, polite and helpful when needed. The staff assisted us very good and was really good they spoke English. The Sports Bar and outdoor area is where we spent time enjoying our lovely breakfast,lunch and Dinner by the poolside. The Pool was perfect way to cool down and well looked after. Our Room had everything equipped with what we needed with a functional kitchen n good size fridge. Also bonus having an Air Con and Big Size Bed to relax and sleep after big day exploring.

The rooms are simple, yet they have everything you need. My room was cozy, comfortable and clean. Lovely people work at this property. Despite the language barrier they are very helpful, friendly and appreciative. They will always greet you with a smile.
The little white sandy beach at the front of the property is amazing, perfect for swimmig, snorkelling.
If you are looking for a quiet escape, this is the place to be.
