The house is excellent with all the things you will need. Washing machine, full kitchen with 2 flames, refrigerator, an electric kettle and all the essentials including coffee, tea and suger.
There are 2 bedrooms with a door between the kids room (2 twin beds) and the main bedroom.
A small balcony upstairs and a larger one in the main entrance with 2 sitting hammocks and a small table. The living room is very large and nice. And the view is great
There is also a beautiful road to walk and enjoy nature and the place is quiet and very private with a large garden with grass all around the house.
The owner was extremely nice and helpful with everything, including informing us on a power outage and expected time for it to end and brought us matches to use.

This is a very good place to stay for everyone, in terms of the staff and the manager, very friendly and kind in terms of access to any center they like, metro station, shopping and sightseeing centers of the city with many restaurants and all kinds of food. The rooms and services of the rooms are very clean and tidy and everything is excellent and very good.

The owner (Keti) and her mother are one of the most compassionate and caring human beings. They made us feel like we were home, always on time with the food (they made a lot of exceptions so we could fit the food in our schedule), offered great advice and also gave us a lot of treats!
The location is very good localised, since the metro station is close and the bus station is even closer.
With lots of 24/7 markets around, this is the best (in my opinion) place you can book.
Thank you! It was a wonderful experience and will book again in the future.

1. The best thing about this property is the big common terrace where guests can enjoy their morning tea / coffee or evening drinks. This terrace overlooks vast grape fields. If the weather is good (not too sunny, not too windy, not too rainy), as we fortunately had, the terrace is absolutely enjoyable.
2. There is a large common kitchen where you can prepare your meals.
3. Marika is a wonderful incharge for this property. She took time to stay till our arrival and explained us the facilities in details.
