Travelled in a group of seven and this apartment was absolutely perfect for the group of us. Amazing location, close to many stations. Yu was a welcoming and warm host, very easy to contact with prompt responding speed. We were provided with many appliances and free utilities which only improved our stay, this including Japanese snacks, multiple Dyson products to use, laundry detergent etc. Apartment was overall clean and everything needed for a stay in Tokyo.

The condo is on the ground level with no stairs, so getting in and out was effortless. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a 7-Eleven, ramen place, Matsuya, cafés, and even a supermarket open until midnight. The location was very convenient—just a 2-minute walk from the station with direct trains to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other major spots. Although not in the main tourist area, everything was easily accessible. The space was clean, spacious, and fully equipped—it felt just like home. The biggest highlight was the host. She was incredibly kind and helpful, meeting us at the station on arrival, checking in the next day to make sure everything was fine, and even providing daily cleaning and fresh towels. Her warmth and care truly made our stay special. We’re very thankful and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was big w/ 2 floors. The rooms were spacious & could fit a lot of people. Bus stop that takes us to the train station is only 2 minutes walk. Tabata train station is about 15-17 minutes walk.
