We asked for an early check in, at 10:00 am. Our room was not ready. They gave us a courtesy room from 10 to 3 pm, without charging extra. Amazing kindness. And the place is beautiful. Highly recommended!

rooms very beautiful and comfortable. The meeting rooms and study pods were excellent for me as I am also a post graduate student so managed to squeeze school work while on vacation and my husband was staying there for work so he appreciated then very much. also good location with a literal brisk walk to Sandton City. oohh and the restaurant-Artistry..good vibes good view and good food

Food was excellent for breakfast(lots od variety and super observant staff who come to one's aid with hot drinks even before we run out) and dinner superb and comparable to some of the best restaurants in the region. The porters and staff were excellent and ever so friendly. I lost an item in another hotel in the Sandton area. They were happy to help me contact them and chase it up. Love the decor as well and the interior design. I cannot wait to be back in Johannesburg and book with them again
