Very cosy room with great views! A nice quiet location yet only a short walk from Sapa and the market. Staff was also very friendly and helpfull and they served tasty (partially home grown) food. Highly recommendable.

EVERYTHING!!! Mama Tom Tom doesn't just offer her house and food, she offers a glimpse into the tradition and culture of the villages in the Sapa Valley. Mama Tom Tom is an incredibly kind and hardworking lady who speaks great English!! She took us on a 2-day trek with 1 night stay in her home. The treks had the most beautiful views, to which Tom Tom added her insights and answered all our curious questions! Her home is humble (built by her husband!!!), clean and traditional with all the basics that you require. NOT TO FORGET the most gorgeous view just outside!! She offers breakfast and dinner in the package, and lunch on the treks! I cannot emphasize the value for money enough!! If you are looking to support a local Hmong woman and learn about their culture, look no further!! O' Chau Mama Tom Tom ❤️

Family run guest House . The Place to be to enjoy the peaceful Environment. Breakfast was just awesome and so delicious. The staff were amazing! Mi at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed here for one night before our trek and they let us keep our bags there. When we came back to pick up our bags they gave us hot tea, let us use the hot showers and towels to change and gave us water and a snack for the trip back to Hanoi. Customer service was above and beyond. We treated ourselves to a full body massage the night before our trek and it was amazing. Location is just outside of the town but a nice stroll and the views are stunning! Customer service was amazing.

Amazing hotel with mesmerising mountains view! Room was clean, stylish and cosy, all facilities were good. We liked breakfast at hotel restaurant - big choice of European and Asian food. There were two swimming pools: inside and on rooftop, that's cool, because of fast changing weather. Highly recommend to visit SPA (make reservation in advance!) - they provide wide range of services as baths and massages. Location is good too, just 5 minute walk to Sapa station. P.S. many thanks for receptionist, she allowed us to check-in 3 hours earlier free of charge. It was a salvation, because we got completely wet after Fansipan walk.

Excellent hotel. Staff were exceptional. Location was great. About 15 minute walk to Sun Plaza. 40 minute walk to CatCat, but staff will call you a cab if you prefer. Great restaurants all around the hotel. Variety store right next door. Made to order breakfast. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was lovely. Full bath with a walk in shower. Very comfortable bed.
