It’s modern and stylish and has very kind ,courteous and helpful staff ! Rosie the manager has gone out of her way for me ! Such a blessing ! Also Minh from the reception went the extra mile for me to even fix my shoe ! i had a lovely stay and will definitely return ! Also recommend them to all my followers and family and friends ! Fab !! I like that the location isn’t in the old town but that it isn’t far from it either ! the chevron bathrooms deserve a special mention ! New fav in Hanoi !

We loved this hotel. It is like an oasis in the middle of exciting Hanoi! Brand new, clean, attentive staff. We all enjoyed the pool and gym. Great breakfast and the staff even noticed I’m a vegetarian and asked if I needed anything special to eat. The front desk even booked our reservation at the water puppet theater. Maybe 10 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake and many restaurants. For sure we will stay here again on our next visit.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and loved everything about it. It's a charming boutique hotel with beautifully appointed rooms. We highly recommend it as a peaceful haven in the French Quarter after a day exploring busy Hanoi. The restaurant serves delicious food but the best thing of all is the hotel's amazing staff. They go above and beyond to be helpful and made us feel very welcome. For example, while in Sapa we had difficulty in obtaining suitable transportation back to Hanoi. We called the Hotel de Syloia and they arranged everything for us in no time!

Great experience! Thank you to all the staff for their excellent hospitality. We are a group of 3, traveled to Hanoi during rainy day. The staff made us feel I’m better with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. We were craving food at midnight, and they kindly managed to order some for us. This made me feel like I was at home, not just in a hotel. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the new pillows and blankets were very comfortable. We decided to stay one more night because of the exceptional service. Thanks for us.
